The company operates under the trade name Dutch Mortgage Funding Company (DMFCO). It is active in the origination and management of Dutch mortgages under the label MUNT Hypotheken which are funded by Dutch pension funds. The revenues over 2016 amounted to EUR 21 million. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).<\/p>\n<p><strong>About DMFCO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DMFCO is an independent asset manager with expertise in origination, servicing and asset management of residential mortgages. They originate substantial volumes and consistently rank amongst the largest mortgage lenders in the Netherlands. DMFCO originates mortgages solely under their own mortgage label MUNT Hypotheken. MUNT Hypotheken has a stable position in the Dutch residential mortgage market. Their mortgage portfolio currently exceeds \u20ac 25 billion in Assets under Management (AuM) and commitments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About HAL Investments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HAL is the Dutch investment subsidiary of HAL Holding N.V., an international investment company that is listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange via HAL Trust. HAL has a diverse portfolio of internationally active companies. HAL\u2019s history dates back to 1873 when the Nederlandsch-Amerikaansche Stoomvaartmaatschappij (N.A.S.M.) was founded in Rotterdam. It was later renamed Holland Amerika Line (HAL) and the last shipping activities were sold in 1989.
